of Culinary Arts at Johnson and Wales University, Chef Laurie
Anderson began Cooking Coach to share her passion for simple
yet creative cooking, healthy living and entertaining friends
and family. |

For more than 10 years Laurie has been pleasing audiences, both
large and small
with her cooking flair, uncomplicated approach and vast culinary
knowledge.
Her recipes focus on the best and freshest ingredients of the
season put together in
a way that makes one think the preparation took all day. |

Laurie is also recognized for her ability to help individuals
make lifelong cooking and eating changes to accommodate a variety
of health issues including diabetes, heart ailments and high
cholesterol. |

In addition to personal, one-on-one coaching and group cooking
sessions, she has conducted seminars for area community education
programs and Bread and Circus grocery store, now known as Whole
Foods Market. |

Prior to establishing Cooking Coach, Laurie served as an internal
food consultant to one of Providence, Rhode Island's most
noted gourmet food shops, developing spa cuisine recipes to
meet the demands of their discerning clientele.
