We cook a variety of cuisines – Mediterranean, Asian, Southwestern, Italian – the spiciness can be varied based
on your flavor profile.

What type of ingredients do we use?
Cooking Coach focuses on fresh, seasonal ingredients using
recipes low in saturated fats – lots of fresh fish, chicken, or lean
meats coupled with fresh vegetables and whole grains.

What do you mean by cooking seasonally?
Cooking Coach adjusts the recipes and flavors based on the
season. In the winter, we cook warm, simmering soups and
stews and roasted vegetables. In the summer, we move toward
fish and vegetables on the grill with a simple salsa.

Cooking Coach will choose recipes based on your specific needs.

How long will the classes take?
A typical cooking class takes about 2-3 hours. We discuss the
recipes and ingredients, prepare the food, cook, taste, critique
and clean up.
